Institute of technology Bandung
was founded on March 1959. The present ITB main campus is the site
of earlier engineering school in Indonesia. The ITB main campus, to
the north of the town centre, and its other campuses, covers a total
area of 770,000 square meters
Today it has 26 faculties including medical related studies.
Amenities in the vibrant campus include a book shop, post office
cafeteria & clinic. Apart from auditoriums, laboratories, workshops
and studios and a library with a collection of well over 150,000
books and 1000 periodicals

University Padjajaran ( UNPAD)
was established based on initiative of prominent society members of
West Java. At the time of its establishments, UNPAD had only have
four faculties, but it has develop to become one of the leading

(3) Russian State Medical
University (RSMU)
Established in 1906, Russian
State Medical University (RSMU) has around a hundred years of
academic excellence and several decades of experience in the
training of foreign students. Over this period, it has been
acclaimed as one of the prestigious medical universities of Russia.
The Pediatrics Faculty which was established in 1930 is the first of
its kind in the world. RSMU established its Bio-Medical Faculty in
1963 and has contributed significantly on the development of
molecular biology.
The Post Graduate Training Faculty was founded in 1971 to train
graduates of the university in various special branches of medicine.

Moscow Medical Academy (MMA)
Established in 1765,I. M
Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy (MMA), named after
outstanding Russian scientist – Ivan M. Sechenov.
For more than 200 years, MMA has been playing a leading role in the
development of medical and scientific training of medical and
scientific personnel. According to the UNESCO rating in 1998, MMA
took the second placing after Rene Descartes Academy of the Medical
Sciences.
MMA is a state run higher education institution of the Russian
Federation functioning on the basis of its constitution,
legislation, regulations of Russian Ministry of Health and its own
status.
