ABOUT INI-CET

INI-CET (Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test) is a national-level postgraduate medical entrance examination conducted by AIIMS, New Delhi for admission to MD, MS, MDS, DM (6 Years), and M.Ch (6 Years) programs offered by premier Institutes of National Importance such as AIIMS, JIPMER, PGIMER, NIMHANS, and SCTIMST.

The examination is considered one of the most prestigious and competitive postgraduate medical entrance tests in India and is conducted twice every year for January and July sessions.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Candidates must possess an MBBS degree recognized by the relevant medical authorities.
Completion of the compulsory rotating internship is mandatory as per official guidelines.
Candidates must have valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council.
