    Use of Service

    MedicalSeat provides medical college counseling guidance tools including predictors, college information, closing ranks data, and choice filling assistance.

    You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

    Subscription & Payments

    • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
    • Access to features is determined by your subscription plan
    • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
    • We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice

    User Content

    You retain ownership of content you submit (choice lists, notes, etc.). By using our services, you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve our services.

    Prohibited Activities

    • Sharing account credentials with others
    • Attempting to access other users' data
    • Using automated systems to scrape or extract data
    • Interfering with platform security or functionality
    • Misrepresenting your identity or academic credentials

    Limitation of Liability

    MedicalSeat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service.
